When you make a booking, you guarantee that you have the authority to accept and do accept, on behalf of your party, the terms of these booking conditions. It is your responsibility when making a booking on behalf of guests to ensure the correct service, hotel and room type, dates and guests is booked. You must give us accurate information within each booking you make.
Accommodation and services provided are only for the use of guests shown on your booking confirmation. You agree not to sublet, share or transfer any part of the booking to a third party other than that shown on the Booking confirmation.
You, the guest, need to present the booking confirmation upon arrival at the hotel. Guests who are not able to show a valid booking confirmation may be required to pay the normal rate locally. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in possession of the booking confirmation, and no liability is accepted by us or our suppliers for the failure to do so.
You agree not to make fraudulent and/or speculative bookings.
If you search for room availability or book a room including a child, the child's age should not execeed 11 upon check-in.
Should the child exceed 11 upon check-in, the child will be considered an adult and potential adult fees may be charged by
the hotel. The hotel may also not be able to accommodate your occupancy.
You acknowledge that travel to Cuba by citizens and residents of the United States, is subject to the laws of the United States pertaining to the U.S. embargo of Cuba and requires a license by the United States Government. No refunds will be made or liability incurred with respect to any travel arrangements made by citizens or residents of the United States without required licenses. All bookings for locations subject to sanctions by the United States, European Union or other countries must be consistent with applicable restrictions. No refunds will be made or liability incurred with respect to any travel arrangements, or related payment arrangements that are prohibited under applicable law.
We do our utmost best to verify the information about the hotels we offer (including hotel and services description). However, we cannot guarantee that all information is accurate, complete or correct. No liability is accepted in relation to errors, including but not limited to, typographical errors, inaccurate information or non delivery of information. The photo’s of hotels provided on our website are solely provided to give our customers an impression of the hotel. The room booked may differ from the photo’s of the rooms shown. Unless otherwise stated in the offer details, our offers will always be based on ‘standard rooms’ which means that the bed type and smoking/non smoking feature are subject to availability. When you place a booking through our website, you can mention your bed type and smoking preferences and any other special requests you may have. We will pass this on to the hotel which will do its best to meet your preferences and requests but these remain subject to availability. The offers are also based on two people sharing unless otherwise stated in the individual terms and conditions of the offer. We may provide a star rating for the hotels on our website. These star ratings are subjective and provided to us by our suppliers. Even though we take great care in verifying the star rating, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the star rating. The star rating or hotel information that we provide does not imply endorsement of the hotel and its services. Please note that hotels may charge fees for the use of their services such as: spa facilities, swimming pool, lounge, business centre, internet access et cetera. Unless otherwise stated in the offer, these charges are excluded from the price of the offer. You acknowledge that the availability of the facilities and features listed for each hotel are under the direct control of each hotel and as such we and our suppliers cannot be held responsible if those facilities or features are not made available to you during the period of the hotel stay. You therefore agree that you do not hold us accountable in case the facilities and features listed for each hotel are not available during your stay (due to, for example, refurbishment, maintenance, temporary or permanent closure or other reasons).
We reserve the right to charge your card for the full amount of the stay after you place a booking on a non-refundable rate basis on our website. In case of cancellations, charges up to the full stay may be charged. Please check the terms and conditions of the room rate you would like to book for explanation of the cancellation policy. You may pay in any of the supported currencies on the site. We do not charge surcharges or booking fees for paying in a foreign currency or for using a debit/credit card. However, please note that your bank may charge you foreign transaction and currency exchange fees. You agree that we are not responsible for any such charges. The exchange rates provided on our website are based on our currency exchange rate supplier and may not always be accurate. You agree that they are provided for indication only unless you book a PAY NOW rate in that currency in which case the currency amount will be the exact amount you will be charged by us. The currency of a Pay Later rate (a rate that has a FREE Cancellation for which you are not charged at time of booking), is just for indication. The amount you will be charged in your selected currency may differ at time of charge due to currency exchange rate fluctuations. We will charge the currency amount based on the GBP amount at time of booking which serves as the base currency other currency rates will be based on. The GBP rate will remain unchanged.
If you are a business that wishes to deposit a lumpsum of money, the terms in this section apply to you. You agree that in case of a wire transfer deposit, the amount received by Travenza.com, excluding any bank charges and/or processing fees, will be considered the Credit Balance held by Travenza.com. In case of a deposit payment made by Card, the paid amount will be converted into GBP by Travenza.com’s currency exchange rate supplier if paid in a currency other than GBP. The amount converted into GBP will be considered the Credit Balance held by Travenza.com. You agree that the deposit is a Floating Deposit. The Floating Deposit will be allocated against all reservations made with Credit including flexible reservations. When you cancel a flexible reservation, the amount deducted from the Credit Balance, will be refunded to bring up the Credit Balance again. Cancellations of non-refundable reservations will not lead to refunds, and as such, the amount deducted from your balance, will not be added to the balance after cancellation. You agree that the deposited amount with Travenza.com will be held in GBP, regardless of the currency used at time of deposit. Reservations will be deducted from the GBP Credit Balance based on the currency exchange rate used by Travenza.com’s currency exchange rate supplier(s). You will be informed how much will be deducted from the Credit Balance before making a booking. An indication of the held Credit Balance in all currencies supported by Travenza.com will be displayed in your account section. You are not obliged to use the held Credit Balance to make reservations. With other words, you can still choose to make reservation payments with Debit/Credit Cards even if you hold Credit with Travenza.com. In this case, your held Credit Balance will not be affected. In case of a deposit refund, the balance held will be refunded in GBP if you have made the original deposit by wire transfer. In case you have paid the deposit by Card, the deposited amount will be refunded in the currency you made the deposit payment in.
If you are subscribed to a plan, other than a Free Plan, your subscription will automatically renew on the end date of the subscription period, unless you disables auto-renewal through the Billing Section on the https://travenza.com/account. If there is a trial, the subscription period will start after the trial finishes. Any cancellations made after the trial period, will not be be eligible for refunds even if the you do not use the service.
If you are subscribed to a plan that includes a Whitelabel B2C Website, you will be paid a comission in the amount of a percentage of the reservation sold to a customer on Client’s Whitelabel website in exchange for you referrals of customers that book on The Whitelabel Website, and for your’s compliance with and performance of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Company shall keep accurate and up-to-date records of the data used to determine the total amount of Commissions owed to you. You shall be given reasonable access to these records upon request. Any discrepancy between the amount of Commissions owed according to these records, and the actual amount of Commissions paid to your in any period or periods shall be rectified by Company within 14 days of discovering such discrepancy. your can track reservations made on Whitelabel Website through the Travenza.com Platform.
Commissions on bookings shall only be paid on consumed reservations (guest has paid for the hotel and has not cancelled (part of) the reservation within the agreed deadline). Payout will occur at the end of every month for consumed reservations provided that the accrued commission exceeds the minimum threshold of 100 GBP. Payment are made via wire-transfer. Each payout will be accompanied by a commission statement/commission report.
You agree to self-billing which entails that Travenza.com raises invoices on your behalf. It is your responsibility, in its capacity as an independent contractor, to declare the revenue with the relevant tax services. In case the customer claims a chargeback, you are obliged to refund the commission.
In case the you place a booking with Travenza.com on behalf of a guest, you are responsible for ensuring that the guest understands and agrees to the cancellation policy and in case the referred customer fails to comply to the cancellation and early departure policy and incurs charges, you your will be responsible for any charges incurred.
In case you provide Travenza.com with the payment details of the guest, you need to have explicit written permission from the customer to pass those payment details on to the Company and for the Company to charge the card for the full amount of the booking. In case the customer claims a chargeback as a result of the your passing on customer’s payment details, tyou will be responsible for the chargeback.
If you are subscribed to a plan that includes the ability to load supported third party XML Contracts on Travenza.com's platform, you that you will have a bonafide account with the respective supplier of the XML Contract. You are responsible to manage your account with the third party supplier. Travenza.com will not be responsible for managing commercial deals with the third party supplier. Travenza.com does not warrant that it supports all the Third Party XML's functionality and/or content and provides the Third Party Integrations as is.
Cancellations may incur a charge up to the full amount of the booking. Each room rate has cancellation policies, so please refer to the cancellation policy of the specific room rate you want to book for more details on the cancellation policy. Changing names on the booking is not allowed. Amendments such as change of dates, change of hotel, decrease or increase in the amount of nights, are subject to availability and rate change and may incur charges up to the full amount of the booking. In case you need to make a cancellation or amendment, you need to contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org. Any cancellations or amendments that are made directly with the hotel are not considered valid.
There may be cases when our suppliers have to relocate you, for example, due to overbookings, contractual disputes et cetera. In these cases our suppliers will try to assist you in finding suitable alternative arrangements of equivalent quality within the locality of the original hotel booked. Should the alternatives suggested not be acceptable, you can cancel and receive a FULL refund of all monies paid for the accommodation booking in question (provided that cancellations are received before cancellation time limit). Our suppliers are only responsible for hotel standards and Room Type booked, and are not obliged to offer hotels of a higher standard or alternative room types, even if available in the original hotel. E.g. We, and our suppliers, will not cover additional costs incurred of room upgrades such as Standard to Suites. If we are unable to fulfill a booking due to Health & Safety reasons following an assessment at the hotel, we nor our suppliers will be responsible for additional costs incurred in relocating the booking to an alternative hotel.
You must let us know immediately in the event of any discrepancies on arrival. Failure to do so may affect future complaints or any compensation settlement. An emergency number is provided on the booking voucher. You agree to use the emergency number only for emergencies and not for cancellations or amendments of bookings. You can email cancellation and amendment requests to email@example.com instead.
It is our customer care policy to acknowledge receipt of complaints within 2 working days, and to investigate all complaints and to respond within 15 working days of receipt from the guest. We will do our utmost to ensure the cause of the complaint does not re-occur and to keep the relevant authorities informed in order to take relevant action. We would like to have the opportunity of helping to resolve any problems you may have at the time an incident occurs rather than satisfying any disappointments upon your return home.
You agree to not hold us responsible for temporal or permanent unavailability of our service due to downtime, technological problems or other issues. You also agree that your access to our website is on a temporal basis and that we may withdraw your access at any time without prior consent.
